Over the holidays, Emma and Daniel retraced the path of their first date in Downtown Greensboro, including The Green Bean coffeeshop and Center City Park. They even brought Cookout milkshakes like they had on their first! I have been lucky enough to watch this relationship from the beginning so getting to capture their love on camera was so fun!
We took pictures all over campus, including Morrison dorm, where Lauren and Wesley met; Kenan stadium, where they probably watched UNC football lose; UNC’s stunning Bell Tower; the bench at the Davie Poplar tree, which has the legend that if you kiss while sitting on the bench you will get married; the arboretum; and Linda’s Bar & Grill, a popular post-a cappella concert spot! I can’t wait for these two to tie the knot!
Jenna and Jacob’s special day was altered a little bit due to rain. They originally planned to have the reception on Jenna’s grandfather’s farm but switch locations day-of to the church. This didn’t stop them from having a beautiful celebration of their love!
Savannah and Foster met in college and are getting ready to tie the knot in Charleston in 2020. I had so much fun exploring South End with them, especially when that meant getting Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream!
Katie and Rocky were brought together by their love of acting and their special day was full of lots of love, theater friends, and the force. Yeah, the Star Wars force - these two tied the knot on May 4th and had a Darth Vader cake
Once upon a time my best friend, Caroline, went off to Lutheridge to be a camp counselor and over the course of the summer, she found the man of her dreams, Blake! They got engaged at camp and I got to sneakily photograph the proposal and we even went back to camp for their engagement session!
Jacob and Jenna met through their college ministry program at NCSU and knew each other for a few years before the thought crossed their minds to date. Now, almost two years later they’re tying the knot!
Alex and Allison fell in love in Uptown Charlotte so we of course had to commemorate their engagement with pictures Uptown! We had so much fun adventuring from Marshall Park to the Bank of America stadium!
